Frequently asked questions

Can I bill my own clients?

Yes, with no constraint from us. You set your own prices, plans and terms; Artaun bills only you. Your clients never deal with us and never see our brand.

Is the panel white-labelled?

Yes. Plesk lets you customise the logo, colours and displayed name, and serve the panel on your own subdomain. Your clients log in at panel.yourdomain.com, not at an Artaun address.

Who supports my clients?

You do, on the front line. Our support answers you, on infrastructure matters: availability, network, incidents. That’s what lets you keep the client relationship entirely under your own name.

Can I set per-client quotas?

Yes. Plesk works with service plans: you define disk space, number of domains, databases and mailboxes, then assign a plan to each client. Changing plan is instant.

What happens if I exceed my quotas?

Nothing is cut off abruptly. You get an alert, and upgrading is done from the client area with no interruption for your clients. Better to anticipate than to discover the ceiling on a Friday evening.
