Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, that’s the whole point of the plan. You create addresses like contact@yourdomain.com, whether the domain is registered with us or elsewhere — just point the MX records at our servers.
How do I set up my mailbox on mobile?
Over IMAP or ActiveSync. IMAP syncs messages across all your devices; ActiveSync adds contacts and calendar. The exact settings appear in your client area and are detailed in the documentation.
How do I keep my emails out of spam?
Set up the three DNS records that authenticate your domain: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. They’re generated for you; you just publish them at your registrar. By far the biggest factor in deliverability.
Is webmail available?
Yes, Roundcube is included and reachable from any browser with nothing to install. Handy when travelling, or to troubleshoot access when a mail client misbehaves.
What happens to my mail if I change plan?
Nothing is lost. Upgrading raises the number of mailboxes and the available space, without touching existing messages or passwords. The change is immediate from the client area.
